I/we hereby declare that the information provided is true and complete and agree to allow Kay Four Properties Inc. (the Landlord) to make such credit checks and personal investigations as are necessary in order to confirm information and/or in order to collect balances due. I/we understand that the Landlord does not sell information regarding applicants or tenants; such information may be released in a limited manner as required in the normal course of business. I/we understand that this application/offer to lease is subject to approval and acceptance by the Landlord.
