By signing this application, I/We herby consent that Kingsley Management may conduct and/or cause to be conducted, a credit investigation including confirmation of employment, income and previous tenancies and I/We further agree that such information may be shared with any other party whom I/We have or propose to have, a financial relationship.

In accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), the applicant acknowledges that providing personal information to Kingsley Management is considered consent to the collection, use and disclosure for the stated purposes, and may be shared with related Kingsley Management companies and third party providers. If the Applicant wishes to withdraw consent for one or more purposes, the applicant must notify the Kingsley Management In writing.

I/WE acknowledge that we have tenant’s content insurance, including third party liability, and will not receive possession of the rental unit until I/We provide a certificate or proof.

I/We understand that a credit check will be performed prior to being considered as a tenant

I/we understand that all units are available on a 1st come, 1st served basis. By submitting an application, it does not mean that I/we am/are guaranteed the apartment I/we are applying for. Please note all prices are subject to change.

I/We acknowledge and agree that the sum of the last months rent, given by me/we to the Landlord, will be held as a Contract Deposit, and refundable only if the Landlord does not accept this application within seven (7) business days. Upon acceptance of the Application and execution of the Landlord’s lease agreement the Contract Deposit will be deemed to be a rental deposit, to be applied and used in accordance with the terms and conditions of the lease agreement.
