Once we receive your completed application and security deposit, it will be processed. You will be notified of the status of your application within 2 business days of application submission.

By submitting this application, the Applicant(s) agree that this does not guarantee them an approved application. In the event that their application is declined by the Broker, the sum as indicated above will be returned to them. The Applicant(s) consent to the deposit as being non-refundable, upon the date of receipt, in the event the Applicant(s) do not take occupancy on the Occupancy Date as indicated on the Rental Application or fails to execute the standard lease/documents when presented for execution. Upon the Applicant(s) taking possession of the Premises, the deposit shall be deemed to be a Security Deposit as defined by the Provincial Authority under the Residential Tenancies Act.

The Applicant(s) agree that prior to taking possession of the Premises, Applicant(s) shall provide satisfactory proof of insurance to the Landlord.

The Applicant(s) hereby agrees to maintain an All Risk and Comprehensive Insurance Policy to insure their effects against loss from water, fire, theft and third-party liability insurance in the amount of $3 Million Dollars. Applicant(s) hereby waive and release the Landlord from any liability or loss to any persons or property which occurs in connection with the Premises, Building or its Facilities, grounds, parking lot unless caused by negligence on behalf of the Landlord.
