I hereby certify that all statements made in this application are true and I hereby authorize Stevenson Management Services Ltd. to conduct a personal investigation/credit check and to contact any person identified in this Application. In order for Stevenson Management Services Ltd. to comply with federal and/or provincial privacy legislation, I understand that all personal information collected from me may be used and disclosed by Stevenson Management Services Ltd. for the purpose of my application assessment, of debt collection, and/or to uphold and maintain the rules and regulations of the property.
This rental application is for one person. This rental application has been created specifically for you. If you have roommates, friends, or a spouse that are going to live with you, they will have to apply separately on a different rental application link with a unique email.
Please note that this application is not considered complete, until a security deposit equivalent of 50% of one (1) month's rent is submitted to Stevenson Management Services Ltd. or the Leasing Agent.
The security deposit is forfeitable in the event that the applicant does not take occupancy on the commencement date as agreed upon or fails to execute the standard lease agreement when presented for execution.
