We built a web app that allows our clients to create custom forms, publish them online, and collect the data over a secure connection. The collected data is stored in our database as encrypted strings. Only authorized personnel are capable of retrieving the data.

You can add multiple users to your Secured-Forms account. You can give each user access to specific forms and sign them up to receive notifications when new data comes in.
