Consent

The Applicant(s) consents to the Landlord obtaining credit, personal and employment information on the Applicant(s) from one or more consumer reporting agencies and from other such sources of such information. The Applicant(s) authorizes the reporting agencies and any other person, including personnel from any government ministry or agency, to discuss relevant information about the Applicant(s) to the Landlord. If this application is accepted, the Applicant(s) understands that the above information will also be used and disclosed for responding to emergencies, ensuring the orderly management of the tenancy and complying with legal requirements.

Submission of this Application, approval, and payment of the Security Deposit confirms the Applicants interest in renting the above noted address as of the listed Possession Date, and are considered entering into an intent to sign a Lease Agreement. Once accepted the Security Deposit will be held in trust for the entire term of the Tenancy and will bear interest as regulated by the Manitoba Residential Tenancies Branch. Failure to provide a Security Deposit at the time of approval, along with signing of a Lease Agreement will deem the process to be incomplete. If the Applicant cancels their intent after approval and receipt of the Security Deposit has been confirmed, the Landlord reserves the right to apply the Security Deposit to rental losses and administration fees as regulated by the Manitoba Residential Tenancies Branch.
Applicants certify that all statements made in this Application are true, and hereby authorize Paragon Living to conduct a personal investigation/credit check, to review any additional documents submitted, and to contact any person identified on this Application as part of the approval process. Failure to provide consent may affect the application process, and the ability to gain approval or to enter into a Tenancy Agreement *
Pets are only allowed if specifically approved by the Landlord, and with completion of separate pet related paperwork. Once approved, a Pet Deposit of up to one months' rent is required prior to the pet occupying the above noted address *
